Certified Trainers have a passion for fitness and helping others achieve their fitness goals. Whether you are an experienced and certified trainer, or just a fitness junky that wants to become a trainer, we are the best place for your career. All of our trainers enjoy respectable earning potential, full benefits, and continued skills development.
If you are not certified already, that is just fine by us. If we hire you, we will pay for your certifications. Earning Potential: $30k to $50k annually
Nutrition Advisors help our members and clients improve their eating to reach their goals and improve overall health. Earning Potential: $30k to $60k annually
Trainer Sales Managers focus primarily on meeting with as many members to demonstrate the value of our Certified Trainers. They find the right program at the right budget for the client then pair them with the right trainer. Earning Potential: $45k to $75k annually
KIDS CLUB
If you love kids this is the role for you! We want our members to know that they can enjoy their workouts while their kids are being cared for by our team. Earning Potential: starting at $12 per hour
CLEAN TEAM
Our ownership believes in keeping the facility super clean. If you take pride in doing a good job for a good job's sake, this might be a solid fit for you. Earning Potential: starting at $14 per hour up to $20 per hour
WELCOME DESK
If you have a big smile and positive energy, then we want you to be the first person that every member and guest sees when they enter our gym. Your priority is to make everyone feel welcome and special as they come and go. Earning Potential: starting at $12 per hour
MEMBERSHIP ADVISOR
If you like the idea of controlling your own paycheck, then this is for you. Our Advisors work tirelessly to get all our sales leads to come experience the gym. They provide the highest level of service and help our guest make a decision to become a member of our gym.
MEMBERSHIP EXPERIENCE DIRECTOR
Are you the designated party planner within your family or friend circle. If you are, this position is a perfect fit for you! Your responsibilities include planning member events on and off site, meeting with new members to get them to experience all our amenities, and helping any existing members that have not been utilizing their memberships. Earning Potential $20+ per hour
